The property has a main building and several annex buildings with a total of 655 rooms. Sunset Villa (SNV):
The Sunset Villa is a three-storey villa. The villa consists of three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a spacious terrace with garden, private sunbed terrace, mini fridge, many minibar options, coffee and tea making facilities. Each bedroom has a TV, desk and air conditioning.
There is a communal swimming pool, shared with two other villas. Maximum suitable for 6 adults and 2 children.

You will stay on the basis of the hotel's Ultra All Inclusive formula, this means: breakfast, late risers breakfast, buffet lunch and dinner, various snacks, ice creams at specific times, midnight snack, local alcoholic drinks and local non-alcoholic drinks from 10 a.m. to midnight. Possibility to dine once per stay in one of the à la carte restaurants Spanish tapas, Italian, Turkish or Fish (reservation required on site). On charge: Panorama lounge/bar import drinks, bottles and cans of drinks, energy drinks, champagne, fresh fruit juice, à la carte restaurant (reservation required on site), some smoothies, room service, all items not mentioned and everything after midnight.
